As I reach the center of my holistic life coach training and after obtaining a psychology degree, teaching both adult education and K-12 teachings, I realize that I have a lot to contribute. I find that I am, quite often, a catalyst to help guide those seeking to evolve, attract and grow personally. As the lessons, days, and practice sessions go by, I am so relish the spiritual growth experienced that I decided to title my blog "Coloration." It seems that with new mindfulness comes with all sorts of new colors. I am learning to live from the soul, from the grass roots I have grown to appreciate over the years.

I hope you will enjoy my posts and I welcome any suggestions, comments, and views. My true interest in doing the blog is the help others form new ideas and to develop different ways of thought patterns to help us along our journey in life.
